What is craniosacral therapy?
Craniosacral therapy is a very gentle but
powerful form of hands-on treatment which
assists the body’s natural capacity for
self-repair. It uses a light touch to identify
areas of restriction, tension or disturbance in
the body, and then enables them to release,
soften and find balance. This process is
generally soothing, comforting and very
relaxing, relieving pain, restoring a sense of
vitality, and promoting well-being.

Can
craniosacral therapy help me?
Treatment can have a profound effect on a wide
variety of conditions, affecting the whole
person, or any part of them. Craniosacral
therapy is most well known for its influence on
the effects of birth trauma, and is particularly
valuable in babies and young children. However,
by helping raise vitality and supporting the
body’s own self-healing processes, craniosacral
therapy can help people of any age with almost
any condition. Because it is so gentle, it is
helpful for acutely painful symptoms, and is
also beneficial during pregnancy, before or
after an operation, or after an accident, fall
or injury.
